sharing the love

Animal Haven

October 18, 2017

Stephanie loves all animals, but dogs are especially meaningful to her. Growing up in Paris, her grandmother rescued dogs and had several scurrying around their house, including Stephanie’s first dog Scaramouche (a fuzzy, wild-haired poodle).

It’s fitting, then, that Animal Haven is important to Stephanie. The 501(c)3 animal center in Manhattan rescues abandoned and mistreated cats and dogs and finds them lasting homes. But Animal Haven goes beyond shelter and placement — it also offers programs to strengthen the relationship between humans and animals and provides behavior correction to improve an animal’s chance of adoption.

To get involved, consider adopting, donating, becoming a regular volunteer, or helping out for the day with your company team.
